Refund Policy

• All bookings are non-refundable unless canceled within 48 hours of booking.

• If you cancel after 48 hours, the full booking amount will be retained.

• No refunds are given for no-shows, early checkouts, or late arrivals.

Booking Modifications

Need to adjust your stay? Contact us at least 7 days before your check-in date, and we’ll do our best to accommodate changes based on availability. Modifications are not guaranteed.

Why We Do This

We are a small business and prepare every stay in advance with care—from deep cleaning to stocking supplies and securing the calendar just for you. Last-minute cancellations or changes greatly impact our ability to rebook the space.
